EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
To initiate a return, please email us at
support@estel.com.my
with supporting details, including:
Item photographs
Invoice copy
Description of the issue
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within
fourteen (14) working days
from the invoice date.
Returned items will undergo inspection before an exchange or refund is approved.
Exchanges are limited to the same product category (size, colour, or pattern).
Eligible return conditions include:
Items received with physical damage (e.g., dents, scratches)
Items received that are faulty or malfunctioning
Items must be returned in their
original condition and packaging
