Eastel is managed by Anchor Communications Sdn. Bhd., a fully regulated and certified Network Service Provider and Application Service Provider licensed by SKMM Malaysia. Eastel operates as a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) using U Mobile’s network infrastructure.

As a thick MVNO, Eastel provides prepaid, postpaid, family plans, IoT and co-branding solutions, including eSIM, for voice, SMS, data, reloads, mobile number portability, and value-added services, supported by an incentive-based referral programme.
