DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning an item.
  • Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges vary depending on destination and item weight.
  • The minimum delivery fees are as follows:
    • Peninsular Malaysia: RM10
    • Sabah & Sarawak: RM15

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
    • Peninsular Malaysia: 1–7 working days
    • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–14 working days

Exchange and Return Policy

To initiate a return, please email us at support@webtest.eastel.asia with supporting details, including:

    • Item photographs
    • Invoice copy
    • Description of the issue
  1. All return or exchange requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) working days from the invoice date.
  2. Returned items will undergo inspection before an exchange or refund is approved.
  3. Exchanges are limited to the same product category (size, colour, or pattern).
  4. Eligible return conditions include:
    • Items received with physical damage (e.g., dents, scratches)
    • Items received that are faulty or malfunctioning
  5. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
