EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@estel.com.my with supporting details, including:
    • Item photographs
    • Invoice copy
    • Description of the issue
  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) working days from the invoice date.
  • Returned items will undergo inspection before an exchange or refund is approved.
  • Exchanges are limited to the same product category (size, colour, or pattern).
  • Eligible return conditions include:
    • Items received with physical damage (e.g., dents, scratches)
    • Items received that are faulty or malfunctioning
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received, we will conduct an inspection and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed promptly through the original method of payment, unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For security, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Activated SIM cards
  • Mobile Reload vouchers / prepaid reloads
  • Digital products or services once delivered or activated
  • Promotional or complimentary items
  • Items not returned in their original condition or packaging.

  • EASTEL is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, public holidays, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Product images displayed on our platforms are for illustration purposes only. Actual items may vary slightly due to product updates, supplier variations, or display differences.
