What is Eastel ?
Eastel is managed by Anchor Communications Sdn. Bhd., a fully regulated and certified Network Service Provider and Application Service Provider approved by SKMM (MCMC) Malaysia.
Eastel uses U Mobile’s network infrastructure to provide its services.
Yes. Eastel is a fully certified Network Service Provider and Application Service Provider licensed by MCMC.
Eastel offers more than standard telco services. In addition to prepaid, postpaid, family plans, IoT solutions, co-branding options and eSIM, Eastel provides voice, SMS, data, reloads, number portability, value-added services and an incentive-based referral programme.
Get an Eastel SIM for RM10 → Activate via the mobile app → Choose a plan → Start using and earning.

Activating your Eastel SIM is quick and easy:
Step 1: Insert your Eastel SIM into your mobile phone.
Step 2: Download the Eastel App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Step 3: Open the app and tap Activate SIM.
Step 4: Scan your IC or passport and complete facial verification (eKYC).
Step 5: Choose your plan and complete payment.
Step 6: Restart your phone and start enjoying Eastel 5G. 🚀
Yes. Select Port In during activation, and your existing number will be transferred to Eastel within two (2) working days.

Reload and Ecomm Wallet
• Reloads from RM1 to RM99:
Validity follows the reload amount in days.
Example: Reload RM20 = 20 days validity.
• Reloads of RM100 and above:
You will receive 120 days of validity, regardless of the reload amount.
Account Validity
This refers to how long your mobile number remains active. Each reload extends your account validity.
Plan Validity
This refers to the duration of your subscribed mobile plan. Once the plan expires, your data, SMS and voice quota will stop. Any usage thereafter will be charged at Pay-Per-Use rates and deducted from your credit balance.
No. All reloads are non-refundable.
Please provide proof of payment, such as a transaction ID or bank slip, for verification. Processing may take up to 14 working days, depending on the payment provider.
The maximum credit balance for each Eastel prepaid number is RM1,000.
Once the balance reaches RM1,000, additional reloads will not be accepted until the balance is reduced.
Yes. Reloads are allowed only when your account status is barred..
Plans are renewed automatically when sufficient account balance is available.
It is a monthly incentive based on verified reload volume within a subscriber’s referral network, subject to rank qualification.
The minimum personal reload requirement ranges from RM35 to RM120, depending on the subscriber’s rank.
The eCOMM Wallet is a closed-loop wallet used for transactions within the Eastel ecosystem. Funds in the eCOMM Wallet are non-withdrawable.
Transfers from the Eastel Wallet to the eCOMM Wallet are credited at a 1:1.5 ratio
(e.g. RM100 = RM150 eCOMM value).
No. Funds in the eCOMM Wallet cannot be withdrawn or converted back to the Eastel Wallet or cash.

Yes, Eastel will send an in-app notification prior to plan expiry.
Yes. Multiple plans or add-ons are allowed if they are compatible.
Yes, capped at 1 time.
Your data speed may be reduced once the FUP limit is reached.
If the plan is compatible, it will stack. If not, the new plan rules will apply immediately.
Eastelpreneur
The Eastel Starter Kit is priced at RM299.
The Starter Kit contains:
• 50% additional eCOMM value
• 30 standard SIM cards
• 30 marketing flyers
• 1 Eastel Polo Shirt
The ESK Incentive is a one-time reward paid based on your referral network when someone in your downline purchases the Starter Kit.

Level 3: RM28
Only uplines who have purchased the Starter Kit are eligible.
No. The ESK Incentive is only available to uplines who have purchased the Starter Kit.
Yes. Accounts with an Expired status are not eligible to receive the ESK Incentive.
No. All purchases are final and non-refundable once processed.
Subscribers can select their preferred numbers during SIM registration via the Eastel App.
Sizes are subject to availability and may vary depending on stock distribution.
All active Eastel subscribers may participate unless campaign-specific terms state otherwise.
No. Rewards are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly allowed under campaign terms.
A one-time incentive is paid to the referring subscriber when the new subscriber activates the SIM and completes a minimum RM35 reload within the same calendar month.
Incentives are credited to the subscriber’s Eastel Wallet on the 18th of the following month.
The minimum payout threshold is RM30 per calendar month, with a RM1 processing fee for each disbursement. For withdrawal from Eastel Wallet to bank RM2 processing fee is applicable.
The incentive for that month will be carried forward. The subscriber must complete double the minimum reload the following month to qualify.
Incentives for foreign subscribers are credited based on the reload amount.
The Eastel Wallet stores incentives and rewards, which may be used for reloads, plan purchases, or withdrawal to a bank account.
Accounts may be suspended due to fraud, regulatory requirements, non-payment, system abuse, or violation of terms.
Yes. Supporting documents, including a death certificate, proof of relationship, and valid identification of the claimant, are required.
No. The U Mobile logo may not be used on any Eastel merchandise, marketing materials, packaging, uniforms, digital content, social media, or promotional items.
Yes. SIM cards can be purchased in bulk via the Eastel Starter Kit or at the Eastel Operation Office. Each SIM must be registered and activated individually in compliance with MCMC verification requirements.
No. Orders are final once payment is completed and cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the transaction error is caused by Eastel.

MNP allows subscribers to switch to Eastel while retaining their existing mobile number.
All outstanding payments with the previous operator must be cleared prior to porting.
No. Port-in reversals are not permitted once completed.
- The number is terminated.
- Reinstatement is allowed within 7 days for MNP numbers and 21 days for non-MNP numbers, subject to a minimum RM100 reload.

SIM replacement is permitted in cases of loss, damage, theft or malfunction, with identity verification required.
The standard fee is RM10 per replacement unless specified under a promotion.
Delivery status can be checked using the tracking link provided in your order confirmation.
If you receive a damaged SIM, missing items, or encounter delivery issues:
- Prepare your order number, proof of video unboxing and proof of payment,

EASTEL's Business
Eastel Business is the corporate connectivity arm of Eastel, operating as a thick MVNO. It provides prepaid, postpaid, family, IoT and co-branded mobile solutions, including eSIM, voice, SMS, data, reloads, number portability, and value-added services, supported by an incentive-based referral ecosystem across Malaysia.
Plans are available to:

- Sole proprietors and partnerships
- SMEs and enterprises
All applications must be supported by a valid Business Registration Number (BRN).
Required documents include:
- Business Registration Certificate (SSM)
